Asbjorn is like the perfect techie-customer-service-
Everybody who knows him, loves him, and has already proven he’ll go above and beyond the call of duty for the 30DC and the Edge in helping out where and when needed. Both communities know him and already have a level of trust in him, and I think that’s a huge advantage from a hiring point-of-view, and nothing to sneeze at.
I’ve worked with him for 8 months now on the Bootcamp project, and I know if I (or the team) ask Asbjorn to do something, he’ll get it done.
Newbie “unkowns” are a gamble; Asbjorn is a sure thing.

Although I’m sure you received many applications for the 2 intern positions posted there is one applicant who really stands out in many ways; and that is Asbjorn.
From first meeting him in the 30 Day Challenge in 2005, Asbjorn has always gone out of his way to help me and others gain understanding whenever possible. He is always enthusiastic about Internet marketing and truly believes in what you two are teaching at the Immediate Edge.
Asbjorn encouraged me to join Immediate Edge when I was sitting on the fence and he has had a very positive impact on the membership site with his helpful nature. He has answered blog comments when some members were very discouraged and he even made files available on his own servers so that others could download them while Wuranga servers were down. He has gone out of his way to be involved with people and projects on the site.
He speaks several languages, has a young family, is well traveled and he even has a career; still he wants to learn more and earn more. Asbjorn is, in my humble opinion, one of the best possible choices for intern you could make. It is unlikely there are other applicants with a comparable background, skill set, desire for success, demonstrated ability to assist you without being asked, and a willingness to help others.
I believe you, your associates and members will receive many benefits by choosing Asbjorn as one of your interns. He is eager for the opportunity.
